Ripping off old people, wow bet your mama is proud. Don't advocate floodwall beatings but if anyone deserved one it is this guy.

Let's look at this another way. A person ripping off people is now costing tax-payers more. These victims will never see their money back but the state or county will collect fines after some jail time costs the tax-payers. Why don't they force him to do public service or do jobs that benefit these folks he ripped off as pert of community service? One thing for sure the system is a little broken on this event.
