reality, I voted for Obama, although I am a white 70 year old financially successful retired Independent history professor. I voted for the late Senator Byrd, the late Senator Jennings Randolph and Senator Rockefeller. I tend to vote Democratic on the National level and republican,on the state level(seeing what the Dems have done to this state since it has controlled the state house since 1906.) I have voted for Shelley on several occasions;and I see no viable competitor. And I liked her father,Arch. As governor,he did more for the state of West Virginia thean any succeeding governor. I would vote for Manchin for President. Hillary should be our President now. She was robbed by the majority of blacks voting for their kind in 2008.

Worthless democrats support WELFARE!!! And that is just the epitome of unconsciousness, leaving a large portion of our people dependent and lazy, while at the same time bankrupting the state as well as the country. Go Shelley!!!!

Bob Newell is a lot like Barack Obama, The Kardashians, and Honey-Boo-Boo: everyone claims to hate them, but the majority of the people LOVE them.

What a shock. If it wasn't for Rockefeller retiring, her numbers wouldn't look good at all.
