Dear Mr Editor PN&S, Why does this article contain the following information??? ""Fitch is not a registered sex offender and has no prior convictions, said Mincks. Fitch was charged with assault in 2011, but the case was dismissed."" I will allege that, It's only purpose is to INCRIMINATE a PERSON BEFORE having been found guilty in a court of law.... I know Mr Mincks has NO MORALS OR ETHICS but I expect better conduct from the NEWS & SENTINEL...

If this man has those pictures.Why is his bail only 5000.00? It did look to be a disclaimer at the end. If he had these pictures he still needs to be punished. Yet again he should have been proven guilty before releasing his name.
