We have all the rules and regulations against telemarketing harassment but the problem lies in the implementation. These nuisance never seem to respect and repeatedly violate the law. If you check on the complaints posted at Callercenter everyday, it's alarmingly increasing.
I wonder what needs to be done to EFFECTIVELY stop all these nuisance?

I don't object to our pharmacy's recorded message that our meds are available, nor do I mind a medical office calling to remind us of an appointment.
I do object to all others, however.

It doesn't do enough. It needs to include all political calls and all recorded messages no matter who they originate from.
