If someone manages to be admitted on a Psychiatric, they just release them in 72 hrs. What a Joke! "Deal with the," indeed! Check out the cost of in patient rehab! Even if you have insuance, the cost is out of reach for most parents.

With general public having unrestrained access to military type weapons, we have created a situation where criminals, the mentally ill and others have guns that are more powerful than our police officers. Even if teachers are armed with hand guns their efforts will be futile in light of assult rifles (or similar type of guns) and body armor. Guns and young children is a deadly mix. Many innocent ones will be at risk. The idea of arming teachers and other school employees is insane.
