"For example people that fly a lot have a higher level of fire retardants in their bodies than those who dont."

You know....I used to try to fly, but my arms got too tired. LOL

I miss the old A&W stands.

Sounds to me like the Dr (so-called) has had a failed event with the restraunt business. I'm no P.H.D., just saying.

Plastic? Ugh - would rather they used the "casings" as the intestines are referred to when making sausages. Used to help my mom and dad make kielbasa using the casings. Good stuff. Much better than plastic - oh and "real" kielbasa is NOT orange.

@DrSmart.. Contrary to popular belief hot dogs are not made out of organs, rectums, genitals, brains, pig snouts or any thing else gross. Hot dogs are made out of trim. Trim is scrap meat that is too small to sell on its own. The confusion comes from the fact that SOME types of sausage are made out of organ meat.... but not hot dogs.

Hot dogs are a type of emulsified sausage. This basically means that it is held together using pork fat. The meat is ground into a fine paste, fat is added and the mixture is mixed in a machine. Seasoning and water is also added. This mixture is stuffed into tubes, cooked, cooled, removed from the tubes, packaged and sold.

The tubes are made out of plastic.. not intestines as some people think. Although, a lot of other types of sausage are made using animal intestines... but not hot dogs.

Come back again when you know what you're talking about..
