Why are my credits not showing up on my bill?
The credit amount does not show up on the billing statement. The credit is reflected in the subscription paid "thru" date being extended.

For subscription or remittance information, please call (304) 485-1891 Ext. 332 or 1-800-642-1997. Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., Sunday 7 a.m. to noon and holidays from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Why did delivery continue after my money ran out?
Delivery continues unless we are notified. Most subscribers enjoy the subscription and choose to continue the service after the initial subscription expires.
Why can't I speak directly with the carrier or district manager?
The district managers and carriers are often in the field delivering newspapers. A message can be left for either the carrier or the district manager who will contact you by telephone as quickly as possible.
