PARKERSBURG – The following cases appeared in Wood County Magistrate Court on Feb. 9:

* Mark Allen Carey, 51, 117 Dean St., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving under suspension and no insurance and was released on $1,500 bond.

* Jacob Cullen Addis, 32, 904 Price Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving under the influence and obstructing and was released on $11,000 bond.

* James Michael Wallace, 62, homeless, was arraigned on charges of obstructing and public intoxication and was released on $1,500 bond.

* Angela Sue Nutter, 36, 4357 Laurel Creek Road, Waverly, was arraigned on a false pretense charge and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Jacob Michael Fordyce, 21, 2134 Black Diamond Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a DUI charge and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Christopher Levi Baker, 24, 1710 31st St., Apt. 4, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing, speeding, driving under suspension and no proof of insurance and was released on $1,300 bond.

* Ricky Gene Newell, 54, 567 1/2 Sixth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense domestic battery and second-offense domestic assault and was released on $20,000 bond.

* Christopher Adam Porter, 29, 4562 Schoolhouse Road, Little Hocking, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Delbert Ray Hall, 32, 284 Drain Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on two felony counts of third-offense shoplifting and his bond was set at $50,000.

* Sierra Jean Fox, 19, 520 New York Ave., Harrisville, was arraigned on a felony charge of purchasing precursor to methamphetamine and was released on $50,000 bond.

* John Paul Baxley, 29, 808 Quincy St., Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on felony charges of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and his bond was set at $200,000.

* Steven Edward Tomasik Jr., 27, 153 Dickens Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on felony charges of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and his bond was set at $200,000.

* Amiee J. Underwood, 33, 35 Maple St., Apt. 3, Newport, was arraigned on a second-offense shoplifting charge and was released on $500 bond.

* Lee M. Counsellor, 38, 147 Rolling Hills Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and possession of less than 15 grams of marijuana and was released on $500 bond.

* Matthew Ryan Anderson, 1906 Juliana St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to expired motor vehicle inspection and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court costs.

* Alex Nuckles, 60, 2479 Williamstown Pike, Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of keeping and storing vehicles within 1,000 feet of the nearest occupied private residence and operating or maintaining a salvage yard without a state license and was released on $500 bond.

* James Robert Bragg, 29, Route 2, Box 113B, Ripley, was arraigned on a felony charge of nighttime burglary and no bond was set.

* Jonathon Carl Forshey, 24, 4816 Second Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on $500 bond.

* Michael Joe Goff, 43, 2520 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing and possession of less than 15 grams of marijuana and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Samuel E. Miller, 21, 85 Sandy Creek Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a felony charge of third-degree sexual assault and a charge of DUI causing injury and was released on $12,000 bond.

* Silas Ira Willis, 27, P.O. Box 2083, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, was sentenced to time served and was assessed $680.25 in fines and court costs.

* Lee Scott Nelson, 26, 1127 19th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving under suspension and no insurance and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Jeffrey A. Carnes-Jones, 47, 9125 Ohio 377, Chesterhill, was arraigned on a speeding charge and released on $500 bond.

* Heather Marie Statler, 37, 910 30th St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, was sentenced to six months in jail suspended for one year of probation and treatment and was assessed $160.25 in court costs. She also pleaded guilty to battery, was sentenced to five days in jail and was assessed $160.25 in court costs.

* Donald Keith Carter, 24, 10 East Hickory St., Davisville, waived his preliminary hearing on felony charges of receiving/transferring stolen property and bringing stolen property into the state and the cases were bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Marcus Allen Brown, 19, 718 Ohio Ave., Apt. C, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of petit larceny and shoplifting and was released on $1,500 bond.

* Thomas Roy Butler, 40, 1306 Erie St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to secure load violation and overweight violation and was assessed $440.50 in fines and court costs.

* Sondra Nicole McCartney, 31, 2659 New England Ridge Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension, expired motor vehicle inspection and no proof of insurance and was released on $1,500 bond.

* Roseanna Dale Harbison, 19, 1306 Wells Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, underage consumption and fleeing from police and was released on $2,000 bond.

PARKERSBURG – The following reports were released Feb. 6 by Wood County Magistrate Court.

* Haeylee Salin Prall, 26, 1011 31st St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a citation for no operator’s license and failure to obey a stop sign and was assessed $345.50 in fines and court fees.

* Timothy Raymond Hutson, 29, 1010 Jackson Run Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a shoplifting citation and was assessed $260.50 in fines, restitution and court fees.

* Sara Lee Hall, 29, 12278 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a shoplifting citation and was assessed $260.50 in fines, restitution and court fees.

* Brian Beckwith, 31, 35 Hill Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a citation for an expired registration and no insurance and was assessed $1,070.50 in fines and court fees.

* Robin Lee Roberts, 45, 665 1/2 Sixth St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a public intoxication citation and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* Edward James Thompson Jr., 31, 4096 School House Road, Little Hocking, Ohio, pleaded guilty to a citation for driving on a suspended or revoked license and no insurance and was assessed $620.50 in fines and court fees.

* Larry Gene Lane, 61, 22 Cross St., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of speeding in a school zone, 29 mph in a 15 mph zone, and first-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and was assessed a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Melissa Jane Dawson, 29, 1247 E. Poplar St., Davisville, pleaded guilty to citations for no motor vehicle inspection, expired motor vehicle inspection and driving on a suspended or revoked license and was assessed $590.75 in fines and court fees.

* Sean Eric Michael Terrell, 24, 1111 1/2 George St., Apt, 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance, marijuana, and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Seth Michael Anderson, 27, 724 Fifth St., Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of aggravated DUI and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond with 10 percent cash.

* William Joseph Miller, 31, 1111 Fourth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and is in custody in lieu of a $100,000 surety bond.

* Brandon Keith Dye, 27, 44 Lexington Park Drive, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of battery of a police officer, obstructing an officer and battery and was released on a $6,000 surety bond.

* Mitchell Jay Potts, 38, 740 Frontage Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of first-offense public intoxication, possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance, marijuana, and second-offense domestic battery and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Edwin Allen Roberts, 55, 1016 1/2 19th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two charges of failure to register as a sex offender and was released on a $2,000 bond.

* Brent A. Muskin, 48, 165 Sterling Road, No. 29, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of DUI with injury and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* David Leon Rowell Jr., 21, 906 Bluff Road, Marion, S.C., pleaded guilty to a speeding citation, 44 mph in a 40 mph zone, and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* Krystopher Mikhal Neff, 26, 1704 17th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer and failure to render information and was released on a $2,100 surety bond.

* Diana Corbin, no date of birth listed, 1006 E. 12th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on four counts of truancy and was released on an $800 bond.

* Michael Howard Perrine, 24, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, pleaded guilty to an obstructing an officer charge, was sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended for one year probation and assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* Ashley Kay Kersey, 22, 400 W. Sixth St., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance, marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance, crack cocaine, was sentenced to 90 days home confinement for the possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance charge and six months home confinement for the possession of a controlled substance charge and was assessed $330.50 in court fees. She also pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance citation and was assessed $360.25 in fines and court fees.

* Jessica N. Hopkins, 21, 127 Seneca Drive, Marietta, pleaded guilty to a false swearing charge, was sentenced to six months and one day in jail and was assessed $160.25 in fines and court fees.

* Leisa Marie Townsend, 31, 312 Red Hill Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance charge, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year probation and was assessed $160.25 in court fees.

* Joseph Allen Ice, 38, 1429 Boulevard Drive, Belpre, pleaded guilty to a DUI charge, was sentenced to eight hours and three minutes served and was assessed $360.25 in fines and court fees.

* Malinda Dawn Vandergrift, 40, 1632 Ridgeway Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to an obstructing an officer charge, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and was assessed $185.25 in court fees.

PARKERSBURG – The following reports were released Feb. 3 by Wood County Magistrate Court.

* Lance Jason Unger, 30, 164 Onward Road, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to a charge of first-offense DUI, was sentenced to eight hours in jail and was assessed $455.25 in fines and court fees. He also pleaded guilty to a domestic battery charge, was sentenced to 68 days served and was assessed $160.25 in court fees.

* Dovonic James Mitchell, 21, 1017 George St., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a fleeing while DUI charge and was bound over to the grand jury.

* Morgan Lee Morris, 33, 1103 18th St., Apt. B3, Vienna, pleaded no contest to a charge of first-offense DUI and was sentenced to four hours in jail and was assessed $455.25 in fines and court fees.

* Ashley Modena Wilkison, 31, 228 E. Pine St., Davisville, pleaded guilty to a public intoxication charge and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* Elizabeth Ann Hutson, 40, 1708 Park St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a shoplifting charge and was assessed $330.23 in fines, restitution and court fees.

* Morissa Dawn Hart, 22, 628 Marissa Lane, St. Marys, pleaded guilty to a citation for permitting driving without a license and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court fees.

* Ronald Lee Rake, 43, 605 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a DUI charge, was sentenced to two hours and 18 minutes served and was assessed $335.25 in fines and court fees.

* Scot Alexander Holley, 22, 1016 18th St., Apt. 1, Vienna, pleaded guilty to charges of reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to maintain control and was assessed $528.75 in fines and court fees.

* Sara Jean Deem, 34, 2431 Parker Ave., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to an obstructing an officer charge and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court fees.

* Beth Ann Witkosky, 37, 2310 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a cell phone violation and was released on $500 bond.

* Joseph Anthony Sams, 22, 1320 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a battery charge and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Dakota David-Ryan Mackey, 21, 706 Neal St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on felony charges of murder and possession with intent to deliver controlled substances. Bond was set at $200,000 on the possession charge and will have to be set in Wood County Circuit Court on the murder charge.

* Karen Sue Flowers, 53, 303 Conger Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a felony charge of third-offense driving under the influence and was released on $10,000 bond.

* Douglas Arthur Sinnett, 72, 390 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a felony charge of second-offense concealed deadly weapon and was released on $10,000 bond.

* Jeffery Wayne Burns, 55, 255 Central Ave., Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of aggravated DUI, refusal to be fingerprinted and a felony charge of transporting a controlled substance into jail and was released on $7,500 bond.

* Nicholas Alan Taylor, 30, 714 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of violation of bond and violation of a protective order and his bond was set at $2,000.

* Larry Wayne Byers, 49, 904 13th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense DUI and driving under suspension and was released on $3,500 bond.

* Justin Bruce Ketterman, 28, 513 21st St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving under suspension, no registration and no insurance and was released on $3,000 bond.

* Amanda Dianne Nutter, 28, 4114 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and trespassing and was released on $2,000 bond.

* Randall T. Echard Jr., 25, 412 Ohio Ave., Harrisville, was arraigned on a second-offense driving under suspension charge and was released on $1,500 bond.

* Alexander Joseph Clark, 39, 1204 15th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no registration, second-offense driving under suspension, no insurance and obstructing and was released on $3,500 bond.

* Michael Showen, 58, 128 Forsythia Ave., Davisville, was found guilty by a magistrate on a charge of violation of a personal safety order, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court costs.

* Karen P. Brunner, 51, 533 Helen St., Columbus, pleaded guilty to DUI, was sentenced to time served and was assessed $335.25 in fines and court costs.

* Patrick L. Hartness, 50, 1803 Beaver St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI, was sentenced to 30 days home confinement and was assessed $335.25 in fines and court costs.

* Melinda Diane Queen, 35, 2005 19th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI, was sentenced to time served and was assessed $360.25 in fines and court costs.

* John N. Evans, 46, P.O. Box 984, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was assessed $205.25 in fines and court costs.

* Brandy N. Wright, 24, 814 Grafton St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, was sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $206.25 in court costs and restitution. Wright also pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $160.25 in court costs. The sentences run concurrently.

* William Edward Thompson, 19, 904 34th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to obstructing, was sentenced to 48 hours in jail with credit for time served and was assessed $160.25 in court costs. Thompson also pleaded guilty to no operator’s license and was assessed $170.25 in fines and court costs.

* Douglas Allen Shafer, 33, 4152 Laurel Creek Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to aggravated DUI, was sentenced to 48 hours home confinement and was assessed $455.25 in fines and court costs. Shafer also pleaded guilty to driving under suspension, was sentenced to six months home confinement and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court costs. The sentences run concurrently.
