* Andrew Jacob McClure, 18, 351 Hyview Drive Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a speeding citation, 75 mph in a 65 mph zone, and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

PARKERSBURG- The following cases appeared in Wood County Magistrate Court on Feb. 23:

* Stacey Nichole McConaha, 38, 1005 19th St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a felony charge of third-offense shoplifting and was released on $5,000 bond.

* Donald Joseph Wilson, 28, 2324 Carpenter Run Road, Waverly, was arraigned on felony charges of aggravated robbery and nighttime burglary. His bond was set at $25,000 on the burglary charge, while bond will have to be set in Wood County Circuit Court on the robbery charge.

* Linsdey Megan Stegner, 24, 257 Mineral Park Lane, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on felony charges of aggravated robbery and nighttime burglary. Her bond was set at $25,000 on the burglary charge, while bond will have to be set in circuit court on the robbery charge.

* Desire Sky Kelley, 28, 565 Sixth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance charge and was released on $500 bond.

* Cory Lee Smearman, 26, 111 West Montgomery St., Lot 10, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension and no seat belt and was released on $525 bond.

* Timothy Ray Pierce, 47, 5685 Sycamore Run Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of first-offense driving under the influence and was released on $500 bond.

* David Justin Kerns, 25, 5800 Walker Road, Walker, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver heroin, transporting a controlled substance into the state and possession of a controlled substance, hydrocodone, and was released on a $205,000 surety bond.

* Daryl D. Sherman, 40, 89 Hill Court, Washington, W.Va., pleaded no contest to an expired motor vehicle inspection citation and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* Katie Marie Kerns, 24, 281 North Fork Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a fugitive from justice warrant from Hamilton County, Ohio, and is in custody to await a hearing in circuit court. She was also arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and transporting a controlled substance into the state with intent to deliver and her bond was set at $200,000.

* Devin Alexander Gregory, 20, 277 Mitchell Lane, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on an underage consumption charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Katy Jean Patton, 31, 119 Willowbrook Drive, Apt. 3, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting warrant and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Linden Ray Lockhart, 23, 306 Champion School Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to a speeding citation, 59 mph in a 45 mph zone, and was assessed $170.25 in fines and court fees.

* Malinda Dawn Vandergrift, 40, 1632 Ridgeway Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to an obstructing an officer charge, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and was assessed $185.25 in court fees.

Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG – The following reports were released Feb. 3 by Wood County Magistrate Court.

* Lance Jason Unger, 30, 164 Onward Road, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to a charge of first-offense DUI, was sentenced to eight hours in jail and was assessed $455.25 in fines and court fees. He also pleaded guilty to a domestic battery charge, was sentenced to 68 days served and was assessed $160.25 in court fees.

* Dovonic James Mitchell, 21, 1017 George St., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a fleeing while DUI charge and was bound over to the grand jury.

* Morgan Lee Morris, 33, 1103 18th St., Apt. B3, Vienna, pleaded no contest to a charge of first-offense DUI and was sentenced to four hours in jail and was assessed $455.25 in fines and court fees.

* Ashley Modena Wilkison, 31, 228 E. Pine St., Davisville, pleaded guilty to a public intoxication charge and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* Elizabeth Ann Hutson, 40, 1708 Park St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a shoplifting charge and was assessed $330.23 in fines, restitution and court fees.

* Morissa Dawn Hart, 22, 628 Marissa Lane, St. Marys, pleaded guilty to a citation for permitting driving without a license and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court fees.

* Ronald Lee Rake, 43, 605 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a DUI charge, was sentenced to two hours and 18 minutes served and was assessed $335.25 in fines and court fees.

* Scot Alexander Holley, 22, 1016 18th St., Apt. 1, Vienna, pleaded guilty to charges of reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to maintain control and was assessed $528.75 in fines and court fees.

* Sara Jean Deem, 34, 2431 Parker Ave., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to an obstructing an officer charge and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court fees.

* Angela Ann Cline, 39, 202 Pickering St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of second-offense DUI, was sentenced to seven hours and 55 minutes served and was assessed $455.25 in fines and court fees.

* Fred Lewis Lattea, 47, 1716 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year probation and was assessed $160.25 in court fees.

* Eric Anthony Jones, 25, 40 Prince St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a domestic battery charge and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court fees.

* Shawn Nicholas Smith, 26, care of 509 Gale Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, Clonzepam, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year probation and was assessed $160.25 in court fees.

* Daniel Dwight Welsh, 37, 1294 Joshus Fork Road, Rockport, pleaded guilty to a petit larceny charge and was assessed $460.25 in fines, restitution and court fees.

* Nancy Beth Nemesek, 40, 31 Millstone Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a violation of a protective order charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael Allen Bell, 21, 1203 37th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a petit larceny charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Michael Joe Barker, 26, 904 13th St. Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer, failure to render information and littering and was released on a $1,100 cash bond.

* Joshua John Tharp, 24, 99 84 South 400 West, Fort Branch, Ind., was arraigned on charge of domestic battery, fleeing in a vehicle and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and was released on a $1,500 bond.

* Stephanie Patricia Maggi, 28, 6856 Pike St., Apt. 10, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to an obstructing an officer charge, was sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and was assessed $160.25 in court fees.

* Jean Caroline Schroeder, 40, 36128 Packard St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a citation for littering, less than 100 pounds, and was assessed $310.25 in fines and court fees.

* Wendi Jean Beaver, 39, 2806 Avery St., Apt. 29, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a citation for second-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and was assessed $310.25 in fines and court fees.

* Jackie Anne Nay, 26, 122 Sharon St., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, domestic battery and petit larceny and was released on a $1,500 bond.

* Shawn David White, 32, 1922 Cameron Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two charges of third-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI and trespassing and was released on a $2,100 bond.

* Glinda Gay Andrew, 36, 1922 Cameron Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer and was released on a $1,000 bond.

Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG – The following cases appeared in Wood County Magistrate Court on Feb. 2:

* Zachary Blain Mackey, 20, 1600 Tygart St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstructing charge and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Beth Ann Witkosky, 37, 2310 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a cell phone violation and was released on $500 bond.

* Joseph Anthony Sams, 22, 1320 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a battery charge and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Dakota David-Ryan Mackey, 21, 706 Neal St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on felony charges of murder and possession with intent to deliver controlled substances. Bond was set at $200,000 on the possession charge and will have to be set in Wood County Circuit Court on the murder charge.

* Karen Sue Flowers, 53, 303 Conger Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a felony charge of third-offense driving under the influence and was released on $10,000 bond.

* Douglas Arthur Sinnett, 72, 390 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a felony charge of second-offense concealed deadly weapon and was released on $10,000 bond.

* Jeffery Wayne Burns, 55, 255 Central Ave., Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of aggravated DUI, refusal to be fingerprinted and a felony charge of transporting a controlled substance into jail and was released on $7,500 bond.

* Nicholas Alan Taylor, 30, 714 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of violation of bond and violation of a protective order and his bond was set at $2,000.

* Larry Wayne Byers, 49, 904 13th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense DUI and driving under suspension and was released on $3,500 bond.

* Justin Bruce Ketterman, 28, 513 21st St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving under suspension, no registration and no insurance and was released on $3,000 bond.

* Amanda Dianne Nutter, 28, 4114 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and trespassing and was released on $2,000 bond.

* Randall T. Echard Jr., 25, 412 Ohio Ave., Harrisville, was arraigned on a second-offense driving under suspension charge and was released on $1,500 bond.

* Alexander Joseph Clark, 39, 1204 15th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no registration, second-offense driving under suspension, no insurance and obstructing and was released on $3,500 bond.

* Michael Showen, 58, 128 Forsythia Ave., Davisville, was found guilty by a magistrate on a charge of violation of a personal safety order, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court costs.

* Karen P. Brunner, 51, 533 Helen St., Columbus, pleaded guilty to DUI, was sentenced to time served and was assessed $335.25 in fines and court costs.

* Patrick L. Hartness, 50, 1803 Beaver St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI, was sentenced to 30 days home confinement and was assessed $335.25 in fines and court costs.

* Melinda Diane Queen, 35, 2005 19th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI, was sentenced to time served and was assessed $360.25 in fines and court costs.

* John N. Evans, 46, P.O. Box 984, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was assessed $205.25 in fines and court costs.

* Brandy N. Wright, 24, 814 Grafton St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, was sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $206.25 in court costs and restitution. Wright also pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $160.25 in court costs. The sentences run concurrently.

* William Edward Thompson, 19, 904 34th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to obstructing, was sentenced to 48 hours in jail with credit for time served and was assessed $160.25 in court costs. Thompson also pleaded guilty to no operator’s license and was assessed $170.25 in fines and court costs.

* Douglas Allen Shafer, 33, 4152 Laurel Creek Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to aggravated DUI, was sentenced to 48 hours home confinement and was assessed $455.25 in fines and court costs. Shafer also pleaded guilty to driving under suspension, was sentenced to six months home confinement and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court costs. The sentences run concurrently.
